What you will study
The Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art with Textiles helps students to explore the nature of textiles as a medium alongside more traditional fine art practices. Access to technical workshops will enable them to achieve the highest quality art production and become specialized in the development of textile-based work.
The program encompasses a variety of skills and techniques enabling graduates to develop professional approaches to a range of making processes. Workshops will introduce them to weaving, stitch, embroidery, felt-making, dying, knitting and give them demonstrations in techniques and processes such as pattern cutting.
