The Certificate of Achievement in Hotel Management prepares students with foundational knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management practices. The program covers front office operations, customer service, lodging procedures, and hospitality industry standards. Students gain skills needed for entry-level roles in hotel and lodging environments.
