What you will study

Are student interested in designing and making products that are smarter, faster and more sustainable? Our course provides them with the engineering knowledge and skills to improve manufacturing productivity by reducing costs and waste and ensuring that products and services are delivered to industry to cost and on time.

They’ll have access to the latest manufacturing research facilities, including robotics and 3D printing techniques. They will also apply their knowledge in individual and group project settings that will also develop your business communication skills and are an invaluable experience for their future career development.

Mechanical and manufacturing engineering share a common program for the first two years, where they will learn the fundamentals of engineering science and design. In the third year they will specialize in manufacturing engineering options. This is a four-year course and they will spend the third year of their course in industry.
