Overview

The MSc People Management course, co-designed with industry experts, enables students to develop the insight, capability, and confidence to lead people, culture, and performance in fast-changing, globally connected organisations.

The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), allowing graduates to achieve both a master’s degree and CIPD Level 7 professional membership. This globally recognised membership supports progression into strategic people management and leadership roles.

Students explore strategic people leadership, organisational culture, inclusion, and future-focused people practices. These areas prepare them to design ethical, evidence-based strategies that foster high-performing and inclusive workplaces.

Participants develop advanced skills in decision-making, workforce planning, organisational development, and ethical leadership. Through case studies, consultancy projects, and applied research, they gain practical experience in shaping people strategy and enhancing the employee experience.

To prepare for the competitive graduate job market, students also earn digital micro-credentials from Microsoft, Google, and LinkedIn. These credentials enhance their CVs and demonstrate their capability in people analytics, digital collaboration, and leadership communication.
