Students choosing to study a postgraduate degree at University of Plymouth will follow a structured pathway for professional development and scholarship in general education. After completing the one semester Pre-masters in Education, they will be ready to further develop their skills in sustainability matters, Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Inclusion.
The Master of Arts Education program focuses on educational practice using methods of practice-related inquiry. Building on our recognized excellence in postgraduate teaching and research, this program offers a structured pathway for professional development and scholarship in general education, including option module choices, as well as subject specialist pathways. Option modules include: Modules on sustainability matters, Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Inclusion.
