Bachelor of Music (UM)

Students have the opportunity to showcase their talents on stage and study music within a supportive learning environment, collaborating with distinguished musical artists. They can select from various concentrations to tailor their academic experience. Students will benefit from private lessons, ensemble participation, masterclasses, and access to professional coach-accompanists. Initially, students will embark on their Bachelor of Music (BMus) program as common first-year students, which provides them with the flexibility to explore all facets of music before selecting their concentration. Concentrations are determined in the second year and are available in composition, integrated musical arts, music education, music history, theory and critical analysis, performance, and self-directed studies.
