Conestoga College’s Animation and Game Fundamentals Ontario College Certificate helps students bring creative ideas to life through animation and game design. The one-year program is designed for high school graduates interested in exploring animation, game design, digital art and interactive media.

Through hands-on learning and project-based experiences, students develop foundational skills used by professionals in the animation and video game industries. The curriculum explores how characters, environments, stories and gameplay come together to create engaging digital experiences using industry-relevant tools and technologies.

The program provides a strong introduction to the creative and technical skills required for careers such as animator, game designer, concept artist and digital creator.
