The Associate of Applied Science in Food and Beverage Management prepares students with knowledge and skills required to manage food service operations and hospitality environments. The program covers food and beverage operations, customer service, inventory management, safety practices, and business principles. Students develop skills needed for supervisory and management roles in the food service industry.
