Overview
The Master of Medical Foundations (MMF) is an intensive, 11‑month, course‑based graduate program that delivers theoretical and applied training in biomedical sciences. The program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, multisystem physiology, mechanisms of disease, immunology, and lifestyle medicine.
Learning is facilitated through seminars, clinical simulations, laboratory experiences utilizing human body donors, and problem‑based case studies. The program develops scientific, technical, and professional competencies while fostering awareness of the social, economic, cultural, and behavioural factors that influence human health and wellbeing. Graduates of the MMF program are prepared to pursue advanced studies in medicine or allied health disciplines, as well as professional roles in biomedical and health‑related fields.
