The International Incorporated Master provides students with the essential skills needed to pursue postgraduate degrees in Business at Dundee University.
International Business and Human Resource Management program offers a specialization in human resources (HRM), along with core international business modules. Students will study HRM strategies, international HRM, behavioural insights for managers, and have the opportunity to delve into areas like strategic leadership and cross-cultural management.
Through the core modules, students will gain an understanding of various international strategies and business practices relevant to the global economy. They will also explore topics such as global risk analysis, global financial markets, international trade, and global investment.
The program includes a core project module where students can choose to undertake a global internship, work on an independent project with an organization, or pursue their own project independently.
Upon enrollment, students will participate in a 2-week Foundation Program to learn about all business conversion degrees and pathways at Dundee University. They will make final module selections, determine the right degree pathway for their career goals, and build a supportive network of peers. The Foundation Program aims to facilitate a smooth transition to Dundee and empower students to choose the degree program that best suits their needs.
