Overview
The Food Processing – Product Development program at Fanshawe College is a three semester graduate certificate. It is offered in a web-enhanced delivery format combining instruction in food science, therapeutic nutrition, sensory evaluation, food research and development, and culinary creativity with business courses in quality assurance and industry engagement.
Students experience industry partner mentorship, tours, capstone project and co-op to launch their food processing careers.
