Overview
This business Master’s course will provide you with the in depth, specialist knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of international human resource management required for a successful career in today’s modern and dynamic work environment. This program is developed with an emphasis on meeting industry development needs and is accredited by both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon successful completion of your degree you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. This course is offered as a 2-year full-time business master’s programme. Sharing the first year of study with the 1-year MSc Leadership and Human Resource Management, the 2-year programme benefits from a second year of Professional Practice that is specifically aimed at fostering the employment opportunities of students.
