The BA (Hons) Electronic Music Composition at the University of West London, delivered through the London College of Music (LCM), reflects the institution’s reputation as a leader in music technology studies and popular electronic music composition.
The course is particularly suited to composers of electronic music as well as contemporary artists who combine roles such as engineer, musician, producer and DJ.
Students will have access to one of the largest audio complexes in Europe, including professionally equipped music studios, acoustically designed recording studios and multi-performance production studios.
Teaching is informed by extensive research in the field, ensuring that students engage with current ideas in the academic study of record production. Students will learn from experienced professionals and collaborate with other motivated artists, building valuable creative networks.
