Overview

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for the University of Strathclyde followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Strathclyde. In the international foundation year, students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance their skills as a student. Advancement into students' intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program. The International Foundation Year in Business & Social Sciences will familiarize students with a wide area of study. They will develop their critical thinking skills, creativity, analytical and team working skills, providing them with the most crucial skills required as a successful graduate.

Strathclyde is one of the few business schools in the world to have triple accreditation for the quality of their degree course. This accreditation makes this degree valuable to employers worldwide.

The first year of the BBA is an intensive combination of Years 1 and 2 of the four-year BA degree. Second and third year correspond directly to Years 3 and 4 of the four-year BA. The BBA degree allows students to specialise in a named subject depending on the classes chosen in Years 1 and 2.
