An Associate of Science (AS) degree in biology shows prospective employers necessary science-based communication skills and laboratory techniques for a wide variety of applications. Additionally, this degree is directly transferrable to further study at the bachelor or graduate level in science or medical fields.
The Associate of Science degree is intended to prepare students for transfer in science, mathematics and other pre-professional fields. The degree is recognized by the Intercollege Relations Commission (ICRC). At Highline, the Associate of Science degree is available in the following disciplines: • Biology
