Overview
In this University of Portsmouth BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design degree, students will learn to adapt existing buildings for new purposes and create exciting new spaces by designing stunning, functional interiors.
The skills students learn could lead them onto a career in creative industries such as interior design and retail practice, brand consultancy and visualization. It'll also set students up for postgraduate study.
Students will develop concepts and designs in a lively studio environment that mimics what they'll experience in their career. They will critically debate the history and theory of interior architecture and design. Students develop their technical skills and get an understanding of the rigors and ethics of professional practice.
