Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (with International Foundation Program)

The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (with International Year One) is a pathway program designed for international students who want to begin their degree studies while receiving additional academic and language support.

The International Year One is equivalent to the first year of the undergraduate degree and includes credit-bearing modules alongside tailored support in academic skills, English language, and study techniques. This stage helps students adapt to university-level learning while building a strong foundation in programming, mathematics, and introductory computing concepts.

Upon successful completion of the International Year One, students progress to the later stages of the BSc (Hons) Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning degree. The program covers key areas such as machine learning, data science, artificial intelligence, algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Students gain practical experience through hands-on projects, labs, and the use of industry-standard tools and programming languages, enabling them to design and develop intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.

Graduates are prepared for careers such as AI engineer, machine learning engineer, data scientist, software developer, and data analyst, or for further study in related fields.

Overall, this program is ideal for international students seeking a direct and supported pathway into a cutting-edge technology degree, combining academic support with degree-level study from the beginning.
