Students will develop strategic skills to effectively manage a diverse workforce in today’s ever-changing business environment.
Program Highlights: • Seven-week, full-time work placement provides students with valuable hands on-experience working in a human resources department in municipal governments, hospitals, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing firms and in the service sector.
Learning outcomes: • Theoretical and practical knowledge and skills required to become a successful human resources management practitioner in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, health and safety and labour relations.
