Overview
This popular social work course, one of UEL's flagship degrees, will give students a rewarding insight into contemporary social work. This social work degree is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to make a real difference. Students will: • Be trained as a reflective and effective social work practitioner • Gain hands-on experience through supervised placements in the second and third years • Learn how to support, protect, and speak up for people in significant personal difficulty. • Be eligible to register as a social worker with Social Work England • Taught primarily at Docklands with some teaching at Stratford Campus or University Square.
