Overview
Students in the Electromechanical Engineering Technologist program will learn valuable skills to work as designers and programmers in the automation and robotics fields. Upon graduation, students will have industry read skills in industrial robot programming, PLC programming, machine vision, electrical design, welding, simulation, fluid power, mechanical design and project management.
Program Highlights:
• Two-term Capstone projects where students will design, build and program a working robotic manufacturing cell • Co-op work opportunities available to gain valuable, paid work experience while in the program
Graduates will find employment with system integrators, machine builders, automotive manufacturers, or other manufacturing environments.
